Introducing Sixty74 (S74): Built to Steward Great Businesses
We’re excited to officially announce the launch of Sixty74 (S74)—a company formed with one clear purpose: to acquire and grow proven, cash-flowing businesses with care, intention, and long-term vision.
At S74, we believe that the best businesses are built over time—and they deserve to be carried forward with the same level of commitment and integrity that made them great in the first place. Our mission is to preserve what’s working, unlock untapped potential, and support the teams who power those businesses every day.
“We’re not here to overhaul what’s already great, we’re here to protect it, support the people behind it, and build for the next chapter.”
— Courtney Colclough, Managing Member, S74
Meet the Founders
Courtney Colclough led innovation and transformation initiatives at one of the Big Four consulting firms, helping global teams accelerate speed-to-market, modernize operations, and launch new service offerings. Her background brings structure, empathy, and a deep understanding of how to lead through change.
Darren Colclough has scaled a SaaS company from to $80M in ARR, and launched a modern marketing firm along the way. With deep experience driving go-to-market execution and building growth systems, Darren brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to scaling businesses.
“Founders deserve a buyer who understands the weight of the decision to sell. At S74, we lead with empathy and clarity—because we’ve been operators too.”
— Darren Colclough, Managing Member, S74
With decades of combined experience in scaling SaaS companies, building go-to-market strategies, launching new offerings, and modernizing operations, S74 brings both strategic insight and operational know-how. However, we’re not financial engineers. We’re operators first. We buy with intention and run with care—bringing the best of both strategic insight and real-world execution to the table.
We’re actively looking to acquire great businesses. If you’re a founder thinking about your next step—or just want to explore your options—we’d love to hear your story.
